Q1 Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. We have run our own machining plant in Shenzhen since 2007 — the equipment list on this site is our own fleet, and every process from milling to surface grinding happens in-house.
Q2 What tolerances can you hold?
Standard machining ±0.01 mm; five-axis work ±0.003 mm; turn-mill ±0.0025 mm; precision mold parts (cores, cavities, inserts) ±0.002 mm — verified on three Zeiss CONTURA CMMs.
Q3 How fast will I get a quote?
Within 4 hours for standard RFQs; within 3 days for complex multi-process projects. Send a STEP file — or even a sketch.
Q4 What is your minimum order quantity?
No MOQ hurdles — a single prototype or a bridge run of thousands, with the same discipline.
Q5 Which materials can you machine?
The regulars: aluminum 6061/7075/MIC-6, stainless 303/304/316L and 17-4PH, steels S50C/C45/4140, copper alloys, PEEK/POM/ULTEM — plus Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium and Kovar on demand.
Q6 Do you build molds as well as parts?
Yes — both under one roof. We design and build injection, insert, overmold, two-shot and zinc-aluminum die-casting molds, then mold on our own 128T–250T presses.
Q7 What drawing formats do you accept?
STEP, IGES, DWG/DXF and PDF. 2D sketches or physical samples also work — our ID/ED/MD team can develop the design with you.
Q8 Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign NDAs before receiving drawings and restrict project access inside the plant.
Q9 Do you do surface treatment?
In-house: EDM, wire cutting, precision grinding, sandblasting, wire drawing and laser marking. Anodizing, plating, blackening and painting through certified partners.
